Analyzer Stamper Replica 1X
The DaTARIUS DVD Analyzer
Replica 1X allows checking of pre-recorded DVDs
with single and dual layer structure (DVD-5, DVD-9,
DVD-10, DVD-18), at reference speed. It is based
on the Pulstec reference pickup and drive, developed
in close co-operation with and according to the
standards of the DVD Forum. A main controller
board supervises four other micro-controllers
in the test module, handles communication with
the CS-4/WIN main computer, and controls the test
sequences. One controller analyzes servo and HF
parameters and creates the HF signal snapshot
and eye pattern, a second controller is responsible
for the jitter measurement and creates the associated
histograms, a third one analyzes the error flags,
with the fourth one handling servo performance.
