production continuing to narrow, replicators need

investing in new equipment. The CD Analyzer Replica
1X 2X (R 2X) is equipped to measure a wide range
of CD formats: audio, ROM, recorded CD-R, CD-i,
Video CD, multi-session formats, etc. The analyzers
are easily upgraded by software and firmware downloads
for all future CD formats, and can be expanded
by existing/future hardware option boards. The
Analyzer measures equally reliably in 1X and 2X
speed, reducing test time by nearly 50%. It is
designed to fit within any CS-4/WIN Main System
to measure all analogue, digital and mechanical
parameters necessary for replication. Highly accurate
results allow companies to optimize their manufacturing
process to decrease cycle times and increase yields.
